Our Story

As part of a vast Lebanese diaspora, we share a collective strength and a common vulnerability. Our strength lies in our optimism, passion, and zest for life. We are a nation of traders, characterized by passion, intensity, vibrancy, adaptability, and versatility. Yet, we all share a soft spot for anything that reminds us of our homeland, our childhood, or family memories. Nothing triggers emotions and revives memories more easily than scents, colors, flavors, and tastes.

Mission

To offer a small scoop of color, sweetness, and happiness within everyone's reach. We aim to provide both exotic and familiar flavors, a successful blend of genres that epitomizes the essence of Lebanon. The scents of our ingredients alone evoke colorful emotions, encounters, and shared feelings.

Inspiration

Nostalgia for a homeland, familiar scents, and cherished memories that we yearn to relive and share were the key inspirations behind creating Miska. It was the enchanting aroma of the golden age of the 60s and 70s in Beirut that we wanted to capture and convey through our creations.
